Microchipping

All our ferrets for re-homing are implanted with Pet-Detect ISO compliant microchips (suitable for pet passports) as part of our service.

 

June 2010 is “National Microchipping Month” and we will be at Pets@Home Kendal on the 12/13th to microchip your animals for just £10.

 

Karen & Andy are trained, insured & RCVS certified implanters, and will be offering this as a service to all pet animal owners in the area, both to promote responsible ownership & also to raise funds for ferret rescue. This will include dogs, cats, rabbits etc as well as ferrets (sorry we can’t chip horses).

 

Anyone requiring their animal to be micro-chipped, please ring Andy or Karen on 01539 739944 or email chip@cumbriaferretrescue.org.uk for an appointment. Current charge £10 per animal or £9 if three or more done together... Note: We will have to make an additional charge for fuel etc if outside Kendal.
